After receiving many requests from our customers about Caller ID and VOIP, this feature was added in the new version of Caramel software.
This feature can be activated in Pro version and above.
After the activation of caller ID, you will have following features:
- View the name and details of the caller.
- View the list of orders from the customer or vendor during the call
- Have complete control over incoming and even outgoing calls
- View incoming and outgoing call history and duration
